What is InterLibrary Loan (ILL)?

Answer

If the resource you need is not available through the Farley Library and you are a current Wilkes student, faculty or staff member, you can request a book or article via InterLibrary Loan (ILL), and library staff will attempt to obtain the resource for you from another library. The Farley Library uses ILLiad for ILL requests, which can be found at https://wilkes.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html.

If you are a first-time user, you will need to create an account using your Wilkes email and your Wilkes WIN number. To do so, visit the ILLiad logon page and simply click on "First Time Users" link.

Once you log into ILLiad, you may submit a book or article request that should be filled in 7-10 business days for books and 2-4 business days for articles. Books will be delivered to the Farley Library circulation desk. Articles will be delivered as PDF files to your ILLiad account.
