How long does it take for a journal article to arrive via ILL?
Most articles usually arrive within 2-4 working days and will be viewable in your ILLiad account.
You can check the status of your order in ILLiad by checking the status column of the Outstanding Requests chart.
Once you are notified via your Wilkes email address that your article has arrived, you can retrieve it in ILLiad. The article will be listed in the "Outstanding Requests" table on the main page, and you can download it by clicking on the PDF link.
